Hi my name is Jennifer Phillips and my fiancé is Tony Aldridge. We are Wolverine Stump Grinding. We have been grinding stumps for approximately four years in the Evansville, Indiana area. We are based in Princeton, Indiana. We are licensed and insured. We also do small, medium and up to some large tree removals. Call us for free estimates.

What to expect when we show up:

We measure and give a price; if the price is agreeable we will grind the stump
We grind the stump and roots in the vicinity of the stump
The machine goes approximately 9" deep
After the stump is ground we use a power broom to mound the chips back over the area of the stump and clean the area to the best of our ability
Will use a blower to clean off any driveways and sidewalks
Currently, we do not take the chips away, but do have services that will take them away for an extra cost
It can take up to two years for the chips to decompose. If you want grass immediately, you would need to remove the excess chips down to 4" below ground level, and replace that with topsoil to be able to plant grass.
